Refund policy

Items from Donaldsons Treasures are preloved unless stated brand new with tags. Conditions of products are listed in the description of the item to the best of my ability. Photos are included of any faults with the item also or if sold via live claim sale these are shown as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of items being preloved/secondhand small marks maybe missed. If you are unhappy with your item/s and believe they don't match the description, you are more than welcome to return the item within 10 days of receiving. 

Please email donaldsonslittletreasures@gmail.com within 10 days to organise your return and refund. Return of item to Donaldson’s treasures is at the customers cost. Refund is on a case by case basis of the product value excluding shipping costs. Refunds can be given in the form of store credit or bank transfer. Refund will be processed once the item/s have been received by Donaldsons Treasures. 

Returns can not be used on books, toys, bedding, swimwear, sale items, live claim sale items or gift cards. 

Please read descriptions of items carefully and thoroughly when purchasing - refunds will NOT be given for change of mind OR for items deemed to be minor and fitting reasonable preloved condition. Reasonable preloved condition includes minor missed marks, brushing etc. 

 Refunds of monetary value can take up to 10 business days to return into your bank account. If any issues are to arise please send an email to the above email address.
