CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION

We’re excited to help find new homes for your pre-loved pieces!

To keep our collection curated, fresh, and in-demand, please read our consignment rules carefully.

1. Condition Standards

We only accept items that are:

• Freshly washed and odour-free (no smoke, must, or pet smells)

• In excellent condition – no stains, holes, pilling, broken zips, or missing buttons

• Lightly worn or near-new (ideally less than 3 years old, unless classic or vintage)

• Ready to sell – no repairs or extra cleaning needed

We cannot accept:

• Damaged, stained, or heavily worn items

• Altered items that limit resale potential

• Low-quality or non-resellable brands. You can find all information on accepted and unaccepted brands below.

 

2. Brand & Style Guide - SIZES 10-24

We accept:

• Popular, high-demand brands. Again all accepted brand information can be found on the following pages.

• Timeless basics, trending seasonal styles, and special pieces with resale appeal

• Quality shoes, accessories, and occasion wear

 

We avoid:

• Outdated, very niche, or low-demand pieces

• Overly worn fast-fashion items

• Home-sewn or unbranded pieces (unless they’re high quality and stylish)

 

4. Sales, Payouts & Price Reductions

• You receive 50% of the final sale price

• Items are listed for 4 weeks at the agreed starting price

• After 4 weeks, prices are reduced by 25% to help sell remaining stock

• After 6 weeks, you may have your items returned (at DT cost) or choose to have them donated

Payments are processed weekly for items sold in the previous week.

OTHER INFORMATION 

• Minimum 8 per consignment

• Items must be in a bag or box clearly labelled with your name. Initial post is at YOUR cost.

• We reserve the right to decline any items based on brand, condition, or demand. If an item arrives in your box for consignment that is not deemed suitable it will not be listed, and will be returned/donated at the end of your consignment cycle.
